It shouldn’t mean this much.
It’s an exercise. One that, Obi-Wan is sure, countless Padawans before him have gone through. An exercise in controlling the Force, in manipulating the realities and spaces that surround them. An exercise in making things bend to the Jedi’s will, in small but meaningful, helpful ways.
It’s not helping. At all. And the thing is, he is absolutely certain Master hasn’t got a clue.
Hasn’t got a clue that the reason his star apprentice is being uncommonly slow about undoing the knot that holds his wrists behind his back isn’t because his star apprentice is, in fact, clumsy, or anything less than a dedicated student of the Force who is more than capable of making it come to his assistance and loosen the knot in the rope enough to wriggle free and present his hands, open-palmed, in the meek triumph of the eternal student.
No. Master hasn’t got a clue that Obi-Wan is using the Force, and expertly at that.
He is using the Force to leave his bonds exactly where they are, and trace delicate touches along his eager, exuberantly hard cock, imagining all the way that they are Master Qui-Gon’s fingers.
